Welcome to FITT-RX

FITT-RX welcomes men and women of all ages, fitness levels, and length of fitness experience. We intend to make our programs a fun, effective alternative to the average gym workout. Check out our list of classes and personal/small group training sessions we have to offer. There is something for everyone!


  • This testimonial has been two and a half years in the making. I have been an avid runner since 1998 and have run 25 marathons over the last 13 years. I’ve completed 15 of these marathons in the last five years. Prior to joining Elmhurst Boot Camp, I was plagued with nagging aches and pains from the usual runner problems . . . weak quads, weak hamstrings, weak hips. I tried different group exercise programs for cross training, but nothing seemed to be a good fit for me. My husband had taken some classes at a local gym with an instructor named Jill Giorno who was also running her own boot camp. I discovered a couple of my friends were also taking this “boot camp”. I was reluctant to try another group exercise program, but I figured I had nothing to lose. Boy am I glad I took that chance. Jill’s boot camp provides a great mix of cardio and strength training. She targets all the muscles areas, but manages to never repeat a workout. Jill challenges her participants at their own physical level and through modifications is able to accommodate all who attend. Knock on wood, I have been injury free since joining Elmhurst Boot Camp. I’m stronger, fitter, and running faster than I ever have before. Jill is a tremendous instructor and I’m also blessed to call her a friend. Thank you, Jill!

  • My association with Fitt-Rx began in 2014, when I was walking around the block at about 6:00 am and came across a group running.  I tried to hurry to keep up with the group, and I finally was able to engage in conversation with one of the ladies (Bonnie) Bonnie explained that it was a boot camp thru Fitt-Rx trained by Jill and proceeded to take me to meet Jill.  I signed up the following day and showed up to workout.  At this point, I was out-of shape and hated exercise.  The only exercise I knew and physically able to do was jumping jacks. Jill took the time and patience to teach me how to exercise. With her experience in fitness, I have improved remarkably. She can adjust her exercise program to any level or age group.  Ever since then (going on 7 months now!), I’ve been a regular in Jill’s Fitt-Rx boot camp class at Immanuel Lutheran in Elmhurst, IL. Jill’s passion for health and fitness is contagious-she’s the trainer/coach that every person should have!  She brings years of expertise from her role as a fitness instructor, she‘s always so willing to answer questions or help find a solution.  Her positive sprit and living example of a healthy lifestyle pushed me until I could push myself!  I would like to take this opportunity to recommend Jill from Fitt-Rx who is a professional personal trainer. I’ve recommended her to many of my friends and family and will continue to do so.

Fleet Feet has donated 2 entries for their Winter Warriors training program! Raffle drawing will take place on November 1st! The program runs from November 21st - February 14th, and takes places on Tuesdays at 6:30pm and Saturdays at 7:00am.

Dance RX is now offered twice a week: Tuesdays from 12:15-1:05pm and Thursdays from 10:10-11:00am
