Welcome to FITT-RX

FITT-RX welcomes men and women of all ages, fitness levels, and length of fitness experience. We intend to make our programs a fun, effective alternative to the average gym workout. Check out our list of classes and personal/small group training sessions we have to offer. There is something for everyone!

  • My association with Fitt-Rx began in 2014, when I was walking around the block at about 6:00 am and came across a group running.  I tried to hurry to keep up with the group, and I finally was able to engage in conversation with one of the ladies (Bonnie) Bonnie explained that it was a boot camp thru Fitt-Rx trained by Jill and proceeded to take me to meet Jill.  I signed up the following day and showed up to workout.  At this point, I was out-of shape and hated exercise.  The only exercise I knew and physically able to do was jumping jacks. Jill took the time and patience to teach me how to exercise. With her experience in fitness, I have improved remarkably. She can adjust her exercise program to any level or age group.  Ever since then (going on 7 months now!), I’ve been a regular in Jill’s Fitt-Rx boot camp class at Immanuel Lutheran in Elmhurst, IL. Jill’s passion for health and fitness is contagious-she’s the trainer/coach that every person should have!  She brings years of expertise from her role as a fitness instructor, she‘s always so willing to answer questions or help find a solution.  Her positive sprit and living example of a healthy lifestyle pushed me until I could push myself!  I would like to take this opportunity to recommend Jill from Fitt-Rx who is a professional personal trainer. I’ve recommended her to many of my friends and family and will continue to do so.

  • I had been a moderate runner for years. In the 6 months I have been working out at FITT-RX, I went from running a 10:40 min/mi pace to an 8:40 min/mi at my most recent race. I did the work, but FITT-RX provided me with the platform upon which this type of success was possible.

First week of classes is FREE for New Clients!


Kettlebell workshop with Amy Shannon on Wednesday, February 24th from 7-7:45pm. Learn proper technique with this great piece of equipment!


10:15-10:45am Rowing Express with Stacy Krueger starts Wednesday, January 13th! This 30 minute class will blasts calories and get you stronger!


Intro to FITTness class with Megan Sandilands starts on Monday, January 18th and goes through February 22nd from 6:45-7:15pm. Drop-ins are $12/class.


Know any friends or family who have been talking about starting a fitness routine? Our Monday, 5:30-6:20am boot camp at Immanuel Lutheran has been changed to Beginner/Intermediate Circuit Interval.


Saturday, February 20th is our next Bike Time Trial. Come get your baseline or come back and see how much you've improved that baseline!
