10:15-10:45am Rowing Express with Stacy Krueger starts Wednesday, January 13th! This 30 minute class will blasts calories and get you stronger!
Intro to FITTness class with Megan Sandilands starts on Monday, January 18th and goes through February 22nd from 6:45-7:15pm. Drop-ins are $12/class.
Know any friends or family who have been talking about starting a fitness routine? Our Monday, 5:30-6:20am boot camp at Immanuel Lutheran has been changed to Beginner/Intermediate Circuit Interval.
