FITT-RX welcomes men and women of all ages, fitness levels, and length of fitness experience. We intend to make our programs a fun, effective alternative to the average gym workout.   • I have now attended six sessions of bootcamp and can honestly say that I have NEVER seen as many positive results from any other workout program as I have from this bootcamp. I have always excersied on a regular basis, but at 34, after having two children, I found it more and more difficult to shed that extra 15 pounds. After attending Jill’s bootcamp, my body has been completely transformed. Jill provides a workout that combines strength training, core and cardio in a 50 minute class. No two classes are ever the same, which really provides you with a great workout every time. If you are looking for a workout that will provide real results in an inviting environment, than this bootcamp is for you! Thanks Jill for keeping me motivated and providing such positive feedback!

  • I have participated in Elmhurst Boot Camp at 5:40am for the past 17 months. Jill brings a consistent, innovative, and intense way of getting her clients excited about exercising. Jill also incorporates strength, endurance, and cardiovascular exercises in her classes without the need for a weight room or gym. I give Jill at Elmhurst Boot Camp 100% credit in motivating me to lose over 25 pounds and reducing my body fat from 26 to 17 percent after having three babies in just less than four years. In addition to my weight and body fat loss, I have also become a competitive runner, completing the Soldier Field 10 Mile, Hot Chocolate 15K, and the Rock and Roll Half Marathon—all in less than a year and a half. I would not have ever considered running a hobby if I didn’t become a member of Elmhurst Boot Camp. Jill is a runner, personal trainer, and an inspiring coach but there are also wonderful ladies in the classes that provide you with ideas and ways to make your lifestyle healthier. If you know you want to begin working out and eating healthier, Elmhurst Boot Camp is an excellent starting point because Jill also provides each of her clients with Assessments. We all know that numbers don’t lie. My number one piece of advice to all new members of Elmhurst Boot Camp is to make an initial appointment with Jill for a pre-Assessment. You might not like the numbers you see during your Assessment but you will like knowing that after hard work and dedication, there will be results. You can’t just show up at Boot Camp two days a week for 50 minutes in order to get results. Elmhurst Boot Camp also provides Newsletters with healthy tips for changing your lifestyle. I can promise you that if you work hard, stay committed, and have Jill coaching you along—you will be very proud of yourself in the end!
