Welcome to FITT-RX

FITT-RX welcomes men and women of all ages, fitness levels, and length of fitness experience. We intend to make our programs a fun, effective alternative to the average gym workout. Check out our list of classes and personal/small group training sessions we have to offer. There is something for everyone!


  • I was out of shape when I started bootcamp. I could not run at all. In a very short time I was able to run a mile (which I’d never done before) and my body was transformed. It’s hard work but Jen makes it enjoyable as each session is different. It doesn’t matter what you fitness level is, beginner to advanced. It is such a great class!! I never dreaded going and was overwhelmed by the results. Jen Knuth is an excellent trainer and I look forward to taking more of her classes.

  • On my last vacation I voluntarily worked out twice (on a boat none the less) but I also wore a bikini for the first time in over 10 years! I thank Fitt RX for the great results and the desire to do my best (even when the instructors are not around:)) Thank you for all you do – you always make me work to my limit and I keep coming back for more!! I am a FittRXer for life!!

Fleet Feet has donated 2 entries for their Winter Warriors training program! Raffle drawing will take place on November 1st! The program runs from November 21st - February 14th, and takes places on Tuesdays at 6:30pm and Saturdays at 7:00am.

Thursday afternoon spin has arrived. Join us from 12:15-1:05pm

Dance RX is now offered twice a week: Tuesdays from 12:15-1:05pm and Thursdays from 10:10-11:00am

Upcoming Power Sculpt Workshops are scheduled for November 20th and December 11th at 11:00am. Registration is required and under the workshops tab in your account.
